I’m excited to collaborate with you on your healing journey. We will use my experiences (and certifications) with GYROTONIC, GYROKINESIS, Pilates and Zero Balancing to create functional and enjoyable home programs to support your current conditions and goals.

I personally love practicing GYROTONIC, GYROKINESIS, Pilates, yoga, trail jogging as well as swimming, reading and baking with my kids. I have a special interest in pre/post natal work, or anything pelvic floor related to encourage honest core work and enjoyment of movement. Looking forward to working with you!

I came to bodywork after years as an artist, farmer, and gardener — work that taught me patience, holistic thinking, and how to stay attuned and present with what’s in front of me rather than what I expect to find.

Xandréa (Zan-Dray-Ah) Reynolds is a PDX native born and raised.

She became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2013 at the age of Twenty-One after graduating school at East West College of the Healing Arts while pregnant with her oldest daughter. She is now a mother of two daughters; a teenager and a toddler!

Since obtaining her license she has broadened her knowledge in educated touch and intuition based healing by not only giving but also receiving massage as well as participating in continuing education courses, focusing mostly around pre and post natal massage education, driven from her passion for motherhood.

Although she stumbled into massage school at a young age in hope for some type of guidance- Massage therapy quickly became her passion and her natural calling.

She finds immense joy in working with people willing to become more in-tune with themselves on both a physical and mental level, providing individualized client-focused massage therapy sessions: relaxing to renew the body as a whole.
